Advice for waterproof mascara?

Ugh because i wiped my eye because it was itchy, i just realised that i just wore waterproof mascara. FYI this happened in school and i turned to my friend and said ''Can you see any black marks on my eye?''
Then this girl said ''yeah you have!'' Then she blurted out that i'm wearing mascara... ugh, hate her soooooo mcuh! I was thinking to myself that i need a new waterproof mascara instead of this which i'm currently hating right now! =_=

 This mascara is called collection 2000 longer lash 100% waterproof

I want a mascara thats NOT expensive and i want the ones that are sold internationally. Not like this one:

 This is the cover girl lash blast mascara and they only sell it in the US unfortunately :(

Anyways please please please give me some suggestions because i'm struggling at the moment! :) Happy holidays!
